Every practice is in the River Falls High School wrestling room. Nothing on a day means no youth practice that day ... it does not mean the room is empty.

Starts in December. The first night is posted here as soon as it is set. The longest season of the three.

4K – Kindergarten and Grades 1 – 2 practice begins
Starts in January. The first night is posted here as soon as it is set. Two sessions back to back on the same evening: 4K – Kindergarten at 6:00 – 6:30 PM, then Grades 1 – 2 at 6:45 – 7:30 PM.

Team dual entry deadline
Registration for the River Falls team dual closes on the USA Wrestling website. $200 per team. No walk-in teams are accepted ... contact the tournament director to reserve team spots.

River Falls Youth & Middle School Team Dual Tournament
Two divisions: Middle School grades 6 – 8 and Youth grades 3 – 5. Medals for first, second and third in each division. $5 general admission, free for kids five and under, concessions all day.

River Falls Beginner Freestyle Tournament
A first-timer freestyle event, 8U through USA Junior, with a beginner clinic run by River Falls alumnus Trevor Brandvold beforehand. Round-robin brackets and individual medals. The next date has not been set.
