The 2024-25 high school wrestling season will officially begin on Monday, November 13th. All student-athletes must sign up through the activities office at www.rfwildcats.org and complete the registration requirements before participating. This includes a baseline test for concussions, a preseason team meeting, and an activity fee.

High school wrestling practices are held after school in the wrestling room at Meyer Middle School. During the season, student-athletes also engage in strength and conditioning practices.
