River Falls High School Wrestling
The 2025-26 high school wrestling season will officially begin on Monday, November 17th. All student-athletes must sign up through the activities office at www.rfwildcats.org and complete the registration requirements before participating. This includes a baseline test for concussions, a preseason team meeting, and an activity fee.
Important Dates:
- Weight Certification: October 22nd and November 20th
- First Day of Practice: Monday, November 17th
- Preseason Parent-Athlete-Coach Meeting: TBD

The Wildcats are coming HOME!
High school wrestling practices will now be held after school in our brand new wrestling room at River Falls High School. WE’RE BACK in our own house! This is a game-changer for our program. During the season, student-athletes will also engage in strength and conditioning practices in our own facilities.
