River Falls Wrestling Boosters, Inc. runs this site. We are a volunteer-run 501(c)(3) non-stock corporation in River Falls, Wisconsin. There is no marketing department here and no one whose job is your data ... this page tells you exactly what the site collects, why, and how to get rid of it.

The short version

We collect what you type into a form, and nothing else. There is no analytics on this site, no advertising pixel, no session tracking and no third-party script of any kind. We do not sell, rent, trade or share your information, and we never will.

What each form collects

Every one of these is information you type in yourself. Nothing on this site collects anything in the background.

Mailing list

Your first name and email address, plus the date and which page you signed up from.

To stop automated signups, the form checks a hidden field and limits how many times the same connection can submit in an hour. That check uses a scrambled, one-way version of your IP address that lives in temporary memory and expires on its own. Your IP address is never written to our records.

Golf outing registration

Team name, the captain's name, email and phone, and the name and email of each golfer on the team. We also store what was paid and the reference numbers for the payment.

Hole sponsorship

There is no sponsorship form on this site. The sponsor buttons hand you straight to a Stripe payment page, so your name, email and card details are entered on Stripe and not here. What comes back to us is your name, your email and what you paid, which is what we need to send your acknowledgment letter and make your sign.

Your business name and logo are published on the sponsors page and on course signage ... that is the point of sponsoring. Your contact details are not.

Raffle tickets

Buyer name, email and phone, how many tickets, what was paid, and the payment reference numbers. We need the contact details to reach a winner.

Awards banquet RSVP

The contact person's name, email and phone; the names of the wrestlers, coaches and managers eating free; how many guest meals; and the payment details. Names are used to build the seating and meal count and go no further.

Buck Board

Signing up for a card stores your name, home town, mailing address, email, phone, division, and your graduation year if you are an alum. Submitting a deer stores the hunter's name and town, the measurement, the harvest date, your GameReg confirmation number, and the photo you upload.

Hunter name, town, measurement, harvest date and the photo are published on the Buck Board page ... that is what the contest is. Your address, email and phone are not, and never will be.

Volunteer hours

The volunteer tracker is maintained by the club from what happens at events. Nothing on the public site writes to it and you cannot submit to it.

Payments

All payments run through Stripe, on Stripe's own pages. Your card number, expiry and security code are entered on Stripe's site and are never sent to, seen by, or stored on ours. We receive back only the amount, the date, a reference number, and whatever contact details you gave us on our form.

Stripe handles that payment information under its own privacy policy.

What we do not do

• No analytics. No Google Analytics, no GA4, no Meta pixel, no Google Ads tag, no heat maps. None. There is no third-party script on this site at all.
• No advertising. We do not run ads and we do not let anyone else track you here.
• No third-party fonts. Our typefaces are served from our own server, so loading a page here does not tell a font company you visited.
• No selling or sharing. Your information is never sold, rented, traded, or handed to another organisation, including the school district.

Cookies

This site sets one cookie, and only when you use a form. It keeps your form session together and carries the security token that stops other websites from submitting our forms on your behalf. It expires on its own and is not used to track you across pages or across sites. There are no advertising or analytics cookies here because there is no advertising or analytics here.

Photographs of athletes

We publish photographs of River Falls wrestlers on this site, on social media, and in printed programs and posters. Most are taken at public events by volunteer photographers and parents.

If you would rather a photo of your wrestler not be used, email boosters@rfwrestling.org and we will take it down. You do not have to explain why, and there is no form to fill out.

Wrestlers under 18

Nearly everyone this club serves is a minor. Every form on this site is meant to be filled out by a parent, guardian or adult club volunteer, and we do not ask children to submit anything directly. Where a form records a wrestler's name, it is because an adult entered it to register, RSVP or credit them.

If you believe a child gave us information without a parent knowing, email us and we will delete it.

Who can see your information

Only the board members and volunteers who need it to do the job in front of them ... run the outing, mail the raffle prize, count the meals, post the Buck Board. It is not shared beyond that.

How long we keep it

Registration, RSVP and payment records are kept while they are useful for running the event and for the club's financial records. Mailing-list entries are kept until you ask to come off. Buck Board entries and photos stay up for the season they were entered in.

Getting your information changed or removed

Email boosters@rfwrestling.org and tell us what you want removed. We will do it and confirm back to you. We do not require a form, an account, or a reason.

Payment records we are required to keep for the club's books are the one exception, and we will tell you if that applies.

Changes to this page

If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top changes too.
