Common questions

I need the team code. Ask a River Falls Wrestling coach. One code opens the book for the whole room: team, families and wrestlers. There are no viewer accounts.

I did not get my sign-in code. Check spam. Codes come from RF Wrestling corby@rfwrestling.org. In the app tap "Send a new code". If you are a coach and still nothing arrives, email us.

A number in the book is wrong. Open the wrestler's card, sign in, and send a correction. A coach reviews it. You can also email us.

A number has a question mark. The book has two sources that disagree. A coach will decide which is right. Until then the book shows the older value.

I am a wrestler. How do I get my card? Sign in with your email, find your card in Search and tap "This is me". A coach approves it.

How do I delete my account? If you signed in, tap the gear (Settings), then Delete my account, then type DELETE. Your past edits keep your name. To have anything else removed, email us.

Which phones work? iPhone, iOS 17 or later. There is no iPad layout.
