Purchase Membership NowBefore registering, all participants must obtain a 2024-25 USA Wrestling Athlete Membership. This $60 membership provides essential insurance coverage and access to sanctioned events, valid until August 31, 2025.

Step 2: Register for Your Child's Wrestling Program
Choose the appropriate program for your child's grade level below and complete the registration process. All practices are held in the River Falls Wrestling Room, located on the lower level of Meyer Middle School.

Pre-K/4K - Kindergarten
$60A fun introduction to wrestling, emphasizing enjoyment and fundamental skills for our youngest athletes.
Schedule: Tuesdays - January 7 to March 4, 2025, from 5:30 PM to 6:15 PM.
Focus: FUNdamental movements taught through a games-based approach, designed to introduce wrestling skills and movement patterns.Primary Goal: Fun, aiming to foster a love for the sport while supporting athlete retention and promoting sportsmanship.Practice: Once a week during the youth season, approximately 45 minutes per session.Competition: Competitions and tournaments are not encouraged to maintain a stress-free, enjoyable environment.Includes: Free Wrestling T-shirt and an end-of-the-year party.Grades 1-2
$60Engaging young athletes with foundational wrestling techniques and agility training.
Schedule: Tuesdays - January 7 to March 4, 2025, from 6:30 PM to 7:15 PM.
Focus: FUNdamental movements and basic wrestling positions (stance, motion, level change, penetration) taught through a playful, games-based approach.Agility: Tumbling and agility movements introduced to enhance coordination and flexibility.Practice: Once a week during the youth season, approximately 45 minutes per session.Competition: One team competition available for interested participants.Includes: Free Wrestling T-shirt and an end-of-the-year party.Grades 3-5
$140Advanced training for young athletes, focusing on refining competitive skills and sportsmanship.
Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays - December 2, 2024, to March 12, 2025, from 5:30 PM to 6:45 PM.
Focus: Intensive sport-specific movements and wrestling techniques tailored to competitive scenarios.Practice: Twice a week to sharpen skills, building towards higher-level competitions.Competition Guidelines: Athletes are encouraged to compete in at least one event, but the total match count for the season should not exceed the number of practices attended.Team Opportunities: The 3rd-5th grade team has the opportunity to participate in tournaments and dual meets. They will also compete in four Victory duels as part of the Victory Conference.Goal: Prepares athletes for the WWF Youth State Qualifier in Menomonie WI (2025).Includes: Free Wrestling T-shirt and an end-of-the-year party.
Family Plan
Offer: If you’re registering more than one child, we cap the total cost at $200 for your family. Keep in mind, this doesn’t cover the USA Wrestling Card; that’s still on you.
Volunteer Requirement
Each family is required to contribute at least 5 volunteer hours and donate a minimum of $50 in concession items. A $100 deposit is required at registration, which will be refunded upon fulfillment of volunteer hours by the end of the season.
Coaching Opportunities
Interested in coaching? Join our coaching team and receive free program fees for your child. Coaches are expected to attend at least 75% of practices and are responsible for the cost of their USA Wrestling Membership and any required background checks or certifications.
Booster Club
Join our Booster Club to get involved in fundraising, event planning, and promoting wrestling in our community. As a thank you for your support, we’ll waive your child’s wrestling program fee.
Volunteer Your Skills
Share Your Talents: Do you have skills in photography, digital marketing, social media management, or any other area? We’re always looking for talented individuals to help enhance our program!
